Create your account and start with Town Square Jobs, a free work portfolio and City Manager applications. You can use these opportunities without activating a Shield ID.
To open family, rewards and the connected learning and wellbeing tools, pay the one-time ₹100 activation fee and submit your Aadhaar name, phone number and payment screenshot. Approval can take up to 24 hours; only then is your Shield ID revealed.
Share your invite link, or someone can add you using your Shield ID. Anyone who joins under you becomes one of your direct members. The people they bring in become your next generation, and so on down your family tree.
When 10 people have joined directly under you, you reach Bronze. This also opens the personality development programme — six short lessons on mindset, speaking, confidence, discipline, money habits and leading people.
Every step after Bronze works the same way: you move up when 10 of your direct members have finished the step below you. So Silver arrives when your 10 members each reach Bronze, Gold when your 10 reach Silver, and onwards.
After your first 10, set up your family contribution auto pay from ₹31 per month on the Family page (choose Give more for a larger amount). Stripe handles the secure monthly mandate, and you can manage or cancel any time.
When the fast-start offer is open and you complete your first 10, your one-time Bronze reward follows the active offer rules. Ask for it on the Withdraw page using UPI or bank details. We review every request by hand.
Each step adds coins to your balance and the same amount as money you can withdraw. Awarded once only.

The timer is a limited fast-start offer controlled by the admin. When it opens, eligible activated members get a clock; anyone activated while it is open starts on approval. It stops when the 10th direct member joins.

During the current planned offer, completing the first 10 earns ₹450 within 48 hours or ₹350 within 72 hours. It is paid once, not added again to another Bronze reward. If the offer is closed, no new timer starts.
